The majority of Products on our site have a fixed carriage cost to most Mainland addresses in England Scotland and Wales, Standard delivery is 2 to 3 working days. Some products are available for next day service at an additional cost of £5 per order, please call 0845 226 9330 for product availability if you require this service.

Mesh Direct makes every effort to ensure that your goods arrive to you within the specified delivery times using accredited couriers.
Delivery service times are not guaranteed as goods may be delayed once handed to our courier. We will not accept claims for late delivery of orders whatever the reason. Customers may return any goods in unused condition and in original packaging however the cost of returning goods even if delayed remains with the customer. Refusal of delivery of any items for any reason will incur a minimum unauthorized collection charge of  £15.

All deliveries must be signed for by the customer or by a person acting on behalf of the customer unless specific arrangements are agreed before shipping. Customers requesting parcels to be left without signing do so at their own risk.
