Should any product purchased from Mesh-direct.co.uk be found to be damaged upon delivery* , faulty or differing from the description shown on the Mesh-direct.co.uk website, then we will be pleased to arrange replacement or for a refund of the item purchased.
In the event of a customer purchasing an item by mistake or simply not requiring the item/s from Mesh-direct.co.uk, it may be returned within 14 days and we will be pleased to arrange for replacement or refund, provided that the item/s are in new and unused condition and contained in original un-opened packaging. It will be the responsibility of the customer to return the unwanted item by an insured courier or signed-for mail.
For customers not wishing to make their own arrangements to return items which they do not require. We can instruct an insured courier on their behalf to collect from their premises. The charge for this service is £14.90 for each consignment up to 20kgs plus 25p per kg. thereafter.
To arrange to return a please e-mail using the details on our contact page. Should our courier not be able to collect goods owing to no-one being available at the collection address on the pre-arranged day of collection full charges will be made and a new collection arranged. Should a customer refuse delivery of a consignment, which is not damaged or faulty, it will be considered as an unauthorized return and will be subject to the return charge as above.
* If goods are found to be damaged upon delivery, they should be signed for as damaged.
This statement does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
