Contacting us about a delivery:
We are processing and dispatching orders as normal, and orders are usually dispatched either the same day or the next Working Day. For most UK Mainland postcodes, delivery will typically take up to 3 Working Days for our Express Delivery service and up to 5 Working Days for our Standard Delivery service. However, please be aware that the further lockdown restrictions will put additional pressure on all courier networks. An unprecedented volume of parcel traffic will be passing through all courier networks as we head into the Christmas shopping period. Due to these additional pressures on the courier networks, some delays and split deliveries may be possible.
In the event that you encounter a delivery issue, then we will do our very best to help. Please contact us using the below contact form if your delivery has not arrived within 5 working days from when you placed your order.
It is possible that over the coming weeks the speed of service we take pride in providing may be delayed slightly, either due to the requirement for staff members to self-isolate, or due to the pressures on the courier networks. Should this issue arise, we will do our very best to keep you fully informed, and rest assured that we will do everything possible to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible. If we could ask that you bear with us that would be very much appreciated, especially in the case of potential delivery issues. Some delivery delays will be unavoidable, as all UK courier networks are at full capacity due to unprecedented levels of deliveries, combined with a shortage of drivers due to self-isolation requirements.
Please note that we have also taken the decision to operate a closed door policy at our premises, which means that customers are not permitted to enter the building. Therefore, we are not able to offer a collections service.
