Christmas Opening and Delivery Information

The last order date for a December dispatch is Sunday 21st December 2025. Orders placed after 21st December will be dispatched ASAP from 2nd January 2026.

Our office will close at 1pm on Monday 22nd December 2025, re-opening at 9am on Friday 2nd January 2026. All orders placed online during the Christmas period will be dispatched promptly from 2nd January.

For any delivery enquiries relating to an order which has already been dispatched, you should have received an e-mail from our couriers (either APC or DX). Contact details for our couriers are as follows: APC (EDS Couriers) 01543 466455; DX 0333 241 5034. Although our couriers may deliver on certain dates over the Christmas period, please note that they will be running a reduced service. Our team will be on hand to assist with any delivery related enquiries upon our return to the office on Friday 2nd January.
