Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information
At the moment, we are able to process and dispatch orders however we are currently not able to offer an Express Delivery service. Due to high pressures on all courier networks, some delays may be possible (please allow 4 to 6 Working Days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for delivery). Having anticipated short supplies of goods at the beginning of the year, we have filled our warehouse with stock. Whilst a certain product may be out of stock on our website, we will have an alternative option available which will be in stock – please feel free to contact us for alternatives if you cannot find a suitable product for your application.
We may find that over the next few days or weeks that the speed of service we take pride in providing may be delayed slightly, either due to the requirement for staff members to self-isolate, or due to the pressures on the courier networks. Should this issue arise, we will do our very best to keep you fully informed, and rest assured that we will do everything possible to dispatch and deliver your order. If we could ask that you bear with us that would be very much appreciated, especially in the case of potential delivery issues. Some delivery delays may be unavoidable, as all UK courier networks are at full capacity due to unprecedented levels of deliveries, combined with a potential shortage of drivers due to self-isolation requirements.
Delivery to most UK Mainland postcodes is taking up to 4 working days, however please allow 4 to 6 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). Please note that there is currently a 14 to 21 day lead time to certain CH, LL, and SY postcodes. Also, lead times to LA postcodes are approximately 7 to 14 days.

Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed. There is always a risk that consignments may be delayed by couriers.
Please also note that whilst our courier offers a next day delivery service to most of Scotland (excluding Scottish Highlands), there are some postcodes where only the standard delivery service is available at the Checkout.
A next day delivery is also not available for the following England postcodes: TD15, CA8, CA20.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Chanel Islands, Isle of Skye, Scottish offshore Islands, and non-UK deliveries - Depending on the product and quantity required, we may be able to quote for non-UK Mainland deliveries. Deliveries are usually made between 8.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday excluding public and bank holidays. During busy periods our couriers may deliver up to 9:00 p.m.
Weights indicated throughout this website are a combination of actual weights and volumetric weights and so are for calculating shipping costs only they do not necessarily represent the actual weights of products shown.
Mesh Direct makes every effort to ensure that your goods arrive to you within the specified delivery times using accredited couriers.
Delivery service times are not guaranteed as goods may be delayed once handed to our courier. We will not accept claims for late delivery of orders whatever the reason.
All deliveries must be signed for by the customer or by a person acting on behalf of the customer unless specific arrangements are agreed before shipping. Customers requesting parcels to be left without signing do so at their own risk.
Customers wishing to return an order must contact our customer services department in writing within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods at firstname.lastname@example.org
