Coronavirus (COVID-19) Statement

We sincerely hope that everyone is keeping safe during these uncertain times, when our families and friends are at the forefront of our thoughts. We would like to reassure you that we will do our utmost to keep our website and warehouse operating with as little disruption as possible over the coming weeks and months.

We have taken certain measures in accordance with the Government’s guidance to safeguard our staff. Our sales and customer care team are now working remotely from home until further notice, which means that our advisors will not be contactable by telephone. Therefore, we would be grateful if you could contact us by e-mail at sales@meshdirect.co.uk. We will ensure that your request is dealt with as a matter of urgency.

We are processing and dispatching orders as normal, and orders are usually dispatched either the same day or the next Working Day. However, we are currently not able to offer an Express Delivery service. Due to high pressures on all courier networks, some delays and split deliveries may be possible. Please contact us if your delivery has not arrived within 5 working days from when you placed your order.

Having anticipated short supplies of goods at the beginning of the year, we have filled our warehouse with stock. Whilst a certain product may be out of stock on our website, we will have an alternative option available which will be in stock – please feel free to ask our live chat agents for alternatives if you cannot find a suitable product for your application.

It is inevitable that over the coming weeks the speed of service we take pride in providing may be delayed slightly, either due to the requirement for staff members to self-isolate, or due to the pressures on the courier networks. Should this issue arise, we will do our very best to keep you fully informed, and rest assured that we will do everything possible to dispatch and deliver your order. If we could ask that you bear with us that would be very much appreciated, especially in the case of potential delivery issues. Some delivery delays will be unavoidable, as all UK courier networks are at full capacity due to unprecedented levels of deliveries, combined with a potential shortage of drivers due to self-isolation requirements.

Please note that we have also taken the decision to operate a closed door policy at our premises, which means that customers are not permitted to enter the building.
