Coronavirus (COVID-19) Statement

As the Coronavirus situation continues to improve, and Government restrictions have been lifted, it is a relief for everyone that life is starting to return to normal. However, in line with public health advice, staff absence due to isolation recommendations will still present a challenge over the coming months. In particular, this has put additional pressure on all courier and pallet delivery networks which may result in some unavoidable delays and split deliveries. Please rest assured that should any delivery delays occur, we will do our very best to resolve this as a matter of urgency.
The global supply chain is also facing challenges both with reduced manufacturing and shipping capacity caused by Coronavirus in other countries, and reduced supplies of raw materials as a result of the conflict in Ukraine. However, we have made provisions for material shortages this year, and have filled our warehouse with plenty of stock. Whilst a certain product may be out of stock on our website, we will almost certainly have an alternative option available which will be in stock – please get in touch if you cannot find a suitable product for your application.
