Coronavirus (COVID-19) Statement

We sincerely hope that everyone is keeping safe during these uncertain times, when our families and friends are at the forefront of our thoughts.
As an online retailer, we have been fortunate enough to continue our operations throughout the Coronavirus situation. Therefore, we are processing and dispatching orders as normal, and orders are usually dispatched either the same day or the next Working Day. At our Checkout we offer both a Standard Delivery service up to 5 Working Days and our Express Delivery service 1 to 3 Working Days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays (subject to our Delivery information Link to Delivery Information).
However, please be aware that the Coronavirus situation and lockdown restrictions have put additional pressure on all courier and pallet delivery networks. An unprecedented volume of parcel traffic is currently passing through all courier networks. Due to these additional pressures on the courier networks, some delays and split deliveries may be possible. Also, a slightly longer lead time may apply to certain UK Mainland postcodes, but this will be made clear in the Delivery Options at the Checkout.
Therefore, we may find that over the next few months the speed of service we take pride in providing may be delayed slightly, either due to the requirement for staff members to self-isolate, or the pressures on the courier networks mentioned above. Should this issue arise, we will do our very best to keep you fully informed, and rest assured that we will do everything possible to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible. If we could ask that you bear with us that would be very much appreciated, especially in the case of potential delivery issues.
In light of the Government's guidance, we have certain members of our Sales and Customer Care Teams working remotely from home. Therefore, we have taken the decision to switch our telephone lines to a recorded message. Having anticipated short supplies of goods this year, we have filled our warehouse with plenty of stock. Whilst a certain product may be out of stock on our website, we will almost certainly have an alternative option available which will be in stock – please feel free to ask our live chat agents for alternatives if you cannot find a suitable product for your application.
